Sea Lodge exceeded all my expectations and left me longing to return. The charming boutique hotel is a serene oasis nestled in nature, offering a perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility - a scenic drive away from the city. The cozy beds and well-equipped kitchen provided a homely retreat, while the living room's inviting warmth and breathtaking water views made relaxation effortless. The proximity to the water at high tide gave a unique sensation akin to being adrift at sea, minus the motion sickness.The wood stove sauna with its panoramic water views and the tempting jacuzzi, though weather-permitting, added to the luxurious experience. However, what truly sets Sea Lodge apart is the exceptional hospitality of the owners, Anne-Marte and Ole. Their personal touch shone through in every detail, from the meticulously designed rooms to Ole's culinary mastery. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel like part of their family, a rare and cherished feeling for travelers like us. The location offers a range of activities, from exploring Norway's stunning coastline to simply unwinding in the comfort of the lodge. The surroundings, including mesmerizing beaches and the friendly visits from reindeer, added a touch of magic to our stay. In essence, Sea Lodge is a gem that promises an unforgettable retreat by the sea. I cannot recommend it enough and eagerly anticipate my next visit to this haven of tranquility.
